“An Oatmeal Coffee Stout with a Splash of Bourbon”

This was my first heavy brew and first with specialty grains. I think this was another kit from home sweet homebrew, and I added cold brewed coffee from La Colombe in the secondary fermentation stage. After a couple weeks I also added a few ounces of bourbon. I didn’t add enough of either, and both were hard to detect in the final product.
Still a decent beer, but undercarbonation also brought down the final product. But hey, look at that label!
