An American Pale Ale with British Malts, American Yeast, and Pilgrim Hops
This was my first attempt at the BIAB (Brew-in-a-Bag) method so I kept it simple. This is a SMaSH beer, with a single malt and a single hop. The malt is Maris Otter, the hop is Pilgrim, and the yeast is Wyeast American Ale. Only made a half-batch of this but I have since upped my capacity with a new brew kettle so I hope to remake this one soon.
